DAL FRY WITH RAW MANGO

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Toor dal/arhar dal   -  1 cup
Grated mango  -   2 tbsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato - 1
Chopped green chilly  -  1
Curry leaves  -  8 - 10
Chopped onion  -  1
Whole red chilly  - 2
Garlic cloves  -  4
Salt  -  to taste
Clarified butter  - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Pressure cook the arhar dal/toor dal with salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,tomato,grated mango and two cup of water.
After two whistle switch off the flame.
Heat clarified butter in a pan,add whole red chilly to crackle,now add onion,garlic cloves and curry leaves and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add cooked toor dal in a pan and cook for two to three mins.
Serve hot
