MUSHROOM PAKORA



Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS 
Sliced mushroom  -  1 cup
All purpose flour  -  1/2 cup
Corn flour  -  1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder  -  1/4 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly  -  1 - 2
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  for frying

METHOD
Wash and chop mushroom.
Take a bowl combine all ingredients with the help of water.
Make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep the mushroom into the batter.
Coat them well.
Fry the pakora golden ncrispy.
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with sauces.
