HEALTHY CHILD PLATTER



Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time  :  60 mins
Serve  :  2

INGREDIENTS
Atta noodles with lots of veggies
Boiled atta noodles  -  1 cup
Chopped spring onion  -   2 tbsp
Grated cabbage  -  2 tbsp
Capsicum thinly striped  -  2 tbsp
Grated carrot  -  2 tbsp
Chopped ginger garlic  -  1/4 tsp
Chopped green chilly  -  1/4 tsp
Chopped french beans  -  1 tbsp
Tomato sauce  -  1 tbsp
Soy sauce  -  1/2 tsp
Red chilly sauce  -  1/2 tsp
White pepper  -  1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil -  2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add spring onion ,cabbage,capsicum,carrot,french beans and stir fry for one to two mins.
Add ginger garlic,green chilly anf mix well.
Add boiled atta noodles,soy sauce,tomato sauce,red chilly sauce and salt and mix well.
Now atta noodles is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS FOR PANEER BREAD ROLLS
Fresh bread  -   4 slices
Grated paneer  -  1 cup
Capsicum  -  1/2 cup cut in diced
Grated carrot  -  1/2 cup
Oregano  -  1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Butter  -  100 gms
METHOD
Take a large bowl add grated paneer,capsicum,carrot,oregano,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Cut bthe edges of the bread and press with rolling pin.
Add paneer stuffing on the middle of the bread and fold from both the sides.
Repeat the same process rest of  the bread.
Keep in the fridge for 15 mins.
Now heat non stick pan grease with butter.
Place the paneer bread roll on medium flame.
Spread the butter the sides of the bread get golden brown.
Turn off the flame.

Take one glass of milk add one tbsp drinking chocolate powder and sugar and mix well.
Healthy child platter is ready to serve.
