COLD SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS
Bread  -  4 slice
Hung curd  - 1/2 bowl
Cheese spread  - 1 bowl
Seasoning cube  - 1/4 tsp
Red bell pepper  -  1 tbsp
Yellow bell pepper  - 1 tbsp
Green bell pepper  -  1 tbsp
Grated cabbage  -  2 tbsp
Grated carrot  -  2 tbsp
Chilly flax  - 1/2 tsp
Herbs  -  1/2 tsp
Oregano  - 1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Butter  -  50 gms

METHOD
Take a bowl add hung curd,cheese spread,red,yellow and green bell pepper,carrot,cabbage,salr,chilly flax,herbs and oregano and mix well.
Apply butter on the bread.
Spread cheese spread and hung curd mixture on the bread.
Cover this bread slice with other slice.
Cut in a triangle shape.
