Bread - 4 slices
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Mawa / whole dried milk - 1 cup -
Milk - 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Oil - for frying
Crushed almonds - 2 tbsp
Cut the bread slices in a round shape and cut round shape in a centre.
Deep fry the bread until golden brown.
Heat sugar and water in a pan.
Keep it in medium flame for 8 - 10 mins.
When it gets stick means syrup is ready,add cardamom powder.
Soak the bread in the sugar syrup and place on the plate.
Add milk in the mawa / whole dried milm and mix well.
Pour the mawa / whole dried milk over the bread.
Garnish with crushed almonds.
Instant mini ghewar is ready to eat.
