Prep Time : 10 mins
Grated jaggery / gur - 1 bowl
Clarified butter / ghee - 1/2 tsp
Eno fruit salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Crushed almonds - 1 tbsp
Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan
Add jaggery / gur and stir continuously till gur melt it and color will be changed and carmalize it.
Add eno fruit salt and baking soda and mix well
When gur starts foaming switch off the gas..
Grease the plate and pour it.
After two hours cut in diamond shape.
Garnish with almonds.
