CARROT SOUP


Prep Time  : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chopped carrot  -  1 cup
Chopped onion  -  1 medium size
Chopped ginger  -  1 tsp
Chopped garlic -  1 tsp
Butter  -  1 tbsp
Black pepper powder  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Water  -  3 cup
Lemon juice  -  1 tbsp

METHOD
Peel and chop carrot.
Heat butter in a pressure cooker.
Add onion,garlic.ginger,carrot and three cup of water.
Cover the lid of the pressure cooker.
When cooker release the whistle simmer the gas for ten mins.
Once cooled,blend the mixture till smooth
Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
Pour lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot.
