COTTAGE CHEESE / PANEER KORMA

Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese / paneer   -   250 gms
Sliced onion   -  1
Grated ginger  -  1 inch stick
Finely chopped garlic  -  3 cloves
Finely chopped green chilly  -  2
Cumin seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder  -   1/4 tsp
Coriander powder   -  1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder   -  1 tsp
Garam masala powder  -  1/2 tsp
Curd  -  1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomato  -  1
Finely chopped coriander leaves  -  2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Water  -  1/2 cup
Oil  -  3 tbsp

METHOD
Grate the 100 gms paneer / cottage cheese and 150 gms paneer cut in cubes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add sliced onion,ginger,garlic and green chilly and fry till golden brown.
Add coriander powder,red chilly powdcer,turmeric powder and one tbsp water and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add tomato,curd,garam masala powder and saute till oil leaves the corner of the pan.
Add half cup of water and boil for five mins.
Add cubed paneer and salt and  mix well.
Add grated paneer a nd coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapatis.
