TANGY TOMATO CHUTNEY


Prep Time  :  10 mins
Cooking Time  : 5 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Fresh tomato    -  3 - 4
Finely chopped garlic  -   1/2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion  -  2 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly  -  1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Mustard oil  -  1/4 tsp

METHOD
Wash and rinse the tomato
Grease mustard oil on the tomato and place on the wired rack in the microwave for 3 mins.
Once cooled,remove the skin of the tomato and mash it.
Add garlic, onion,green chilly,coriander leaves,salt and mustard oil and mix well.
Serve with chapatis.
