TANDOORI ROTI


PrepTime  : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour    -     1 cup
Salt    -   to taste
Butter  - 1 cube

METHOD
Take a bowl add wheat flour and salt and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Knead it again.
Take some dough and make medium size balls.
Roll into balls.
Then roll out the roti.
Grease oven plate with butter.
Place the tandoori roti in pre heated oven of 180 c for ten mins.
Then turn over for another side to form slightly crispy layer out side.
Apply butter and serve hot.
