PANEER PIZZA WRAP


Prep Time  : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chapati     -    4
Pizza sauce  -  2 tbsp
Oregano   -  1 tsp
Finely chopped shimla mirch  -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion   -   2 tbsp
Finely choped beans  -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped tomato   -  2 tbsp
Cottage cheese / paneer  - 1/2 bowl cubes
Shredded cheese   -     2tbsp
Black pepper   -  1/4 tsp
Salt   - to taste
Oil   -   2 tbsp

METHOD
Make four chapatis.
Spread pizza sauce on it
Add all the veggies,paneer / cottage cheese.
Sprinkle oregano,black pepper and salt.
Wrap up the chapaties.
Folding on one side first then roll it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add wrap chapati and saute for one to two mins
Then turn over for another side.to form a slightly crisp layer out side.
Serve hot with sauce..
