MEXICAN WRAP


Prep Time  : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Boiled rajma / red kidney beans     -       1 cup
Tomato sauce   -  1 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic  -  1 tsp
Finely chopped onion  -  1 big size
Black pepper powder   -  1/4 tsp
Oregano  -    1/4 tsp
Chilly flex   -   1/2 tsp
Grated cheese   -  1 cube
Grated paneer / cottage cheese   -  50 gms
Sliced onion    -   1/2 bowl
Salt  -  to taste
Chapati  -  2
Oil  -  2 tbsp
Coriander leaves  -   1 tbsp

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and saute for one mins.
Add onion and cook till transparent.
Add boiled rajma / red kidney beans and mix well.
Add tomato sauce,oregano,chilly flex ,black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Make two chapatis.
Stuff the filling on the chapatis
Add cottage cheese/paneer,cheese,sliced onion  and coriander leaves.
Wrap up the chapatis.
Cut into two pieces.
Serve with ketchup.
