GOBI MANCHURIAN


Prep Time  : 15 mins
Cooking Time  : 20 mins
Serve  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower florets       -    1 cup
All purpose flour / maida  -  1/2 cup
Corn flour  -   2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly  -   1/4 tsp
Ginger paste   -  1 tbsp
Garlic paste   -  1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion  -  1 big size
Soya sauce  -  1 tbsp
Tomato sauce  -  2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bowl add cauliflower florets,all purpose flour,corn flour and salt and mix well.
Add  1/2 tbsp ginger and 1/2 tbsp garlic paste and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add marinated cauliflower fry and strain it.
In the same oil add ginger,garlic paste and saute for one mins.
Add chopped onion and fry till transparent.
Add green chilly and mix well.
Add soya sauc e and tomato sauc e and mix well.
Add fried cauliflower florets and cook for one to two mins.
Serve hot.
