PAN CAKE

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour     -    1 cup
Baking powder    -   1 tsp
Sugar      -      2 tbsp
Salt     -    a pinch
Egg   -   1
Milk    -    1 cup
Vanilla essence     -      4 - 5 drops
Oil      -   1/2 cup

METHOD
Take a bowl add all purpose flour,baking powder,sugar and salt.
Now dry ingredients is ready.
In other bowl beat the egg and add it, also add milk,vanilla essence and one tbsp oil and mix well.
In this bowl add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Heat one tbsp oil in a non stick pan.
Spread one scoop mixture in it.
Spread by gently roating the pan.
Lower the heat put some oil over pan cake and flip it.
Serve hot with sauce.
