COTTAGE CHEESE / PANEER JALFREZI

Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese / paneer      -     200 gms
Thinely sliced capsicum     -      1 bowl
Chopped onion                -       1
Tomato puree                  -       2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste          -        1 tsp
Coriander powder           -        1 tsp
Red chilly powder          -     1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder           -      1/2 tsp
Salt                              -     to taste
Oil                               -       2 tbsp

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion and fry till dark brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.
Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and tomato puree and mix well.
Add capsicum and cover it .
Add salt and cook in a low flame for 4 - 5 mins.
Now add cottage cheese / paneer and  1/2 cup of water and cook in a low flame for 4 - 5 mins.
Serve hot swith chapatis.
