Gram flour / besan - 1 cup
Milk powder - 1 cup
Clarified butter / ghee - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cup
Water - 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Take a bowl add gram flour / besan,milk powder and clarified butter to make a paste and keep aside.
Heat sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil for 2 - 3 mins.
Then lower the flame and add gram flour paste and mix well.
Stir continuously till it becomes thick.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Pour the mixture on grease plate.
Cut within half an hour.
