WOOD APPLE / BEL SLUSH

Serve : 1 - 2

INGREDIENTS
Wood apple / bel juice                            -                           1/2 cup
Black salt                                                -                           1/4 tsp
Salt                                                          -                           to taste
Sugar                                                       -                             1 tbsp
Lemon juice                                            -                              1 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder                  -                            1/2 tsp

METHOD
Mix all the listed ingredients in the wood apple / bel juice and mix well.
Keep the wood apple / bel juice in the freezer for setting individual cup.
It will freeze in 3 - 4 hours.
Take out from the freezer..
Unmould the frozen juice on a kitchen towel and crush with a heavy weight.
Take a bowl and arrange the crushed frozen wood apple / bel juice.
Serve immediately before it melts.
Enjoy.
