SHAHI SHIKANJI

INGREDIENTS
Thick milk                                          -                                    1 glass
 Hang curd                                          -                                 1/4 glass
Sugar                                                   -                                    2 tbsp
Saffron /kesar                                      -                            few strands
Crushed almonds                                 -                                     1 tbsp

METHOD
Soak kesar/saffron in one tbsp cold milk.
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
Once the milk reduced to half.
Now we got thick milk.
Add saffron / kesar and sugar to the thick milk and mix well.
Take a blender and add thick milk,hang curd and crushed ice and blend it.
Now take a glass and pour the mixture and add ice cubes.
Garnish with saffron / kesar and crushed almonds.
Enjoy cool cool
