POINTED GOURD SWEET / PARWAL KI MITHAI




Prep Time : 50 mins
Cooking Time : 45 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Parwal / pointed gourd  -   250 gms
Sugar     -   1 cup
Water     -  1/2 cup
For stuffing
Mawa / whole dried milk -  1 cup
Chopped almond   - 1 tbs
Grated coconut   - 1/2 cup
Sugar   - 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder    - 1/4 tsp

METHOD
Wash and remove the skin of the parwal /pointed gourd.
Scoop out well.
Take a pan add sugar and water till sugar disolves.
Bring into one string consistency.
Add pointed gourd and boil it  on sim flame till it color change.
Heat mawa / whole dried milk in a pan and saute till brown.
Add 3tbsp sugar,coconut,crushed almonds and cardamom powder and mix well,
Now stuffing is ready.
Take one pointed gourd and fill the stuffing inside it.
Apply this process in all potatoes / pointed gourd.
