Bread - 8 slices
Curd - 1 bowl
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind / imli ki chutney - 2 tbsp
Boiled potato - 1/2 bowl
Boiled peas - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/ 4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Peel and chop boiled potatoes and mash them well.
Add boiled peas ,salt and red chilly powder and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Take a bowl combine curd and sugar and mix well
Cut the bread slices in a round shape.
Sprinkle the water on the bread slices.
Spread the potato stuffing on the bread and cover with other round shape bread.
Seal the edges of the bread.
Place the bread on the curd.
Pour the curd over the bread.
Sprinkle red red chilly powder,black salt,roasted cumin seeds powder .
Pour the tamarind / imli chutney and serve.
