Milk - 5 cup
Grapes / angoor - 1 bowl
Custard powder - 1 /2 tsp
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Crushed almonds - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled ,keep it on a low flame and stir occasionaly for thickening the milk.
Add sugar and mix well.
Remove the skin of the grapes and add in the milk..
Take 1/2 tsp custard powder add into a hald cup of cold milk and mix well.
Add this milk into the grapes payesh.
After 5 - 7 mins it gets thick consistency.
Add cardamom powder and condensed milk and mix well.
Garnish with crushed almonds and raisins.
