DHABA KI DAL / LENTIL



INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp rajma / red kidney beans
2 Tbsp chana dal / gram lentil
2 Tbsp black urad dal / lentil
10 Chopped garlic cloves
2 Chopped onion
3 Chopped tomato
2 Chopped green chilly
1 Tsp red chilly powder
1 Tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
4 Tsp oil
6 Cup water
1 Tsp coriander leaves
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder

METHOD
Soak rajma / red kidney beans,gram lentil /chana dal and black urad dal / lentil.
After six hours strain the water.
Pressure cook lentil / dal.
After 3 - 4 whistle switch off the gas.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic cloves and saute for one mins.
Add chopped onion and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add chopped tomatoes,green chilly and cook well.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder ,coriander powder and salt and mix well.
Add lentil / dal and cook 10  mins in a low flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
