BREAD IDLI


INGREDIENTS
4 Sliced bread cut into round shape
1 Mashed and boiled potato
2 Finely chopped green chilly
1 Tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 Tsp red chilly powder
1/4 Tsp garam masala
1/2 Amchur /roasted mango powder
1 Tsp green chutney
1 Tsp tamarind / imli chutney
2 Tbsp curd
1 Tsp oil
Salt to taste

METHOD
Take mashed potato and combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Cut the bread in round shape.
Add the stuffing on the bread and cover with another bread.
Heat oil in a pan.
Place the bread and shallow fry from both the side.
Place the bread on the plate and add curd and chutney.
