MANGO PAYESH



INGREDIENTS
Milk                                              -                                       1 ltr
Mango pulp                                   -                                      2 mangoes
Sugar                                             -                                      2 tbsp
Cardamom powder                        -                                      a pinch

METHOD
Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel
Once boiled keep it on low flame and stir in between for thickening the milk.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Once cooled,then keep it in the fridge.
Blend the mango pulp in the blender.
Mix the mango pulp in the cold thickened milk.
Yummy mango payesh is ready to serve..
