EGG BIRYANI


INGREDIENTS
Basmati rice                           -                              1 cup
Water                                     -                              2 cup
Boiled eggs                             -                               4
Hang curd                               -                               2 tbsp
Red chilli powder                    -                                1 tsp
Coriander powder                    -                                1 tsp
Whole garam masala               -                                 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste                  -                                 1 tsp
Sliced onions                          -                                 2
Oil                                         -                                 4 tbsp
Lemon juice                            -                                 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves         -                                 1 tsp
Turmeric powder                     -                                 1 tsp
Tomatoes                                -                                 2

METHOD
Peeled the eggs and make long slit along each eggs.
Marinate the eggs with curd,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.
Keep in the freeze for two hours.
Heat oil in the pan add marinated eggs and fry till light brown.
Again heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and whole garam masala to crackle.
Add onion and fry till brown and crispy.
Add ginger,garlic paste, red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and saute for five minutes in a low flame.
Add tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes are soft.
Add boiled eggs and mixed well.
Add two cup of water and salt and boil it.
Clean and wash the rice.
Soak for 15 mins.
Add the drained rice in it.
And pour a one tsp lemon juice in it.
Once boiled the water keep it in low flame.
Cover and cook till rice is done.
Serve hot with raita.
