CHOCOLATE EGGLESS CAKE




INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour / maida       -    250 gms
Sugar                     - 250 gms
Hang curd             -  1 cup
Vanilla essence      -  1 tbsp
Baking powder      -  1 tsp
Salt                  -  a pinch
Crushed cashew nuts   -   1 tbsp
Cocoa powder       -  4 tbsp
Butter                   -  1 cup
METHOD
Sieve all purpose flour / maida ,cocoa powder,salt and baking powder together.
Take a mixing bowl add butter,sugar and hang curd mix until creamy and fluffy.
Add vanilla essence,all purpose flour,cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and mix well.
Add the crushed cashew nuts.

Preheat oven into 180 degree C.
Grease and dust with flour a nine inch round baking cake pans.
Pour the batter into the dish.

Bake for 30 to 40 mins in the preheat oven.
Check by inserting a knife if it comes out clear it done.
Now the chocolate eggless cake is ready.
