GINGER AND GREEN CHILLIE PICKLE




INGREDIENTS
Green chillies                        -                         100 gms
Ginger                                  -                         100 gms
Salt                                      -                          to taste
Lemon                                  -                         2 nug

METHOD
Clean and wash ginger and green chillies.
Remove stem of the chillies and make a slit lengthwise .
Peel the ginger and
cut into pieces.
Add salt and mix well.
Pour lemon juice from top.

Place the pickle jar in sunlight.

You can store the pickle in the freeze.
