Kanda - 250 gms
Chopped green chillies - 4 - 5
Garlic cloves - 5 - 6
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1 tsp
Salt - ta taste
Clean and wash the canda.Pressure cook the kanda without peeling the skin on a medium flame with one cup of water.
After one whistle simmer the gas for ten mins.
Once cooled, peel the skin of the kanda and mash it.Add green chillies,garlic cloves,salt and mustard oil and mix well.
At the end squeeze of lemon juice and serve.
