METHI PARATHA

    The paratha is an important part of a traditional South Asian breakfast. Traditionally, it is made using ghee but oil is also used.Methi paratha stuffed with fenugreek leaves,green chillies and salt.


Prep Time       : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour                                   -                                 1 cup
Methi leaves                                  -                              250 gms
Carom seeds                                  -                                a pinch
Chopped green chillies                  -                                 2 - 3
Salt                                                 -                               to taste
Oil                                                  -                              1/2 cup

METHOD  
           Wash and chopp methi leaves. Methi leaves are mixed in a flour with salt, carom seeds and 1 tsp refined oil to make a dough with help of little water.



           On a heated tawa make parathas applying oil on both the sides.
          Serve hot with curd or pickles.
